BEST WESTERN PLUS HOTEL UNIVERSO, Rome – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Rome. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and there were a few areas that could be improved.
